How does it work?
At Soellaart's you can get old-fashioned good service and quality, but if there is something wrong with an item you can always contact us by phone 023-5323735 or email info@soellaart.nl.
All items you buy from us are covered by the legal guarantee. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. Our items have a warranty that can range from one year to "lifetime". Lifetime means the normal life of the article. This lifetime depends, among other things, on the intensity of use and the number of years the material is supposed to remain good. Damage resulting from wear and tear, improper use or repairs carried out by third parties do not entitle you to warranty.
If the item has a defect that may be covered by warranty, or if you want to have an item repaired, there are 2 options:
- Come to the shop with the item and the original purchase receipt.
- Send the article to us. In this case, please include your details (name/address/phone number/email address), along with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the complaint or problem. Our return address is:

You can choose your own carrier, shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we have received the item you will receive a delivery receipt by email.
From the moment the item is taken from us, we will keep you informed via email, phone and/or text message. In most cases, it takes about four weeks to assess guarantee requests and/or repairs. As soon as the guarantee request or repair is ready, you will be notified.
A repair, which falls within the warranty, is free of charge. This follows the manufacturer's warranty conditions. If a complaint is not covered by warranty, we will contact you in order to find a good solution together.
.A repaired or replaced item can be collected from the shop. Upon request, we can send the item to you. If the complaint falls under the warranty this is free of charge, if not, shipping costs will be charged in addition to the repair costs.
It is not possible to specify the cost directly for all repairs. If the repair costs are not known upon collection , we can provide a quote upon request as soon as it is clear what the costs will be. Should there be any changes in the level of repair costs, we will let you know as soon as possible.
.What guarantee applies to sleeping mats?
Other warranties apply to each brand and we assess each case individually. We therefore recommend that you contact us. In general, it can be said that leakage is not covered by the guarantee, unless it is caused by a manufacturer's fault. So pay close attention to where you put the sleeping mat so that you prevent leakage.
Bumps that develop in the sleeping mat (delamination) are covered by the warranty, depending on the age of the sleeping mat. Please contact us in this case.
