Exchanges & returns


When you place an order via our webshop www.soellaart.nl, according to our terms and conditions you have the right, without giving any reason, to return the items to us within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day on which the carrier has delivered the parcel to your desired address or to your authorised address (such as your neighbours). We send the return form together with the order. If it is unexpectedly not in the shipping box, you can download the form here. Our return address is Soellaart Outdoor & Wintersport, Claes Tillyweg 8, 2031 CW Haarlem.


Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Soellaart Outdoor & Wintersport is not liable for damaged or lost return items. Our advice is to ask for and keep a shipping receipt.


Fitting

Fitting clothes, shoes, ski boots and skates is of course allowed. Only try on indoors. Labels and tags may only be removed if they prevent fitting and assessment.


Returning

We only accept items that are unused and in original condition. If you exercise your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period), the cost of shipping will be at your own expense, even if you want to exchange a product. You can choose the carrier yourself. We will bear the cost of shipping if we have delivered the wrong product or the error is otherwise our fault. If you return an item to our shop, you do not pay shipping costs. You are on time if you return items before the 14-day period has expired.


We will refund your purchase price as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. The amount will be refunded via the payment method of the order. If you pay via PayPal we will refund the amount to PayPal and so on. This also applies in case you pay with a VVV gift card. The amount will be refunded to your VVV gift card. So keep this card safe. Soellaart Outdoor & Wintersport is not liable for the consequences of losing this card.


Returns with the promotion 3 get 2 pay

For this promotion, the value of the cheapest product is calculated as a discount across the three products. This therefore means that if one or two items are returned within the promotion, the entire purchase price will not be refunded.


Special exception mouth masks

For hygiene reasons, mouth masks cannot be returned.


Special exception for adjusted ski boots and skis

Skis with shoe-sized bindings and skis after adjustment and/or service treatment such as waxing and/or sharpening we do not take back. This also applies to custom-made ski boots.


Special exception for tents

These products can only be returned if they have not been unpacked and are therefore in their original packed condition.


Always check immediately after receiving your order whether the product was delivered complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@soellaart.nl or by calling 023-7600680.
